The Association of Hungarian Lace Makers, founded thirty years ago, is a nationwide organization with 191 members who practice almost all styles and techniques (sewn, “jagged”, bobbin lace, etc.) of a particular branch of our textile culture. In addition to the most treasured possessions, the most beautiful works of its former and current members, visitors will have the opportunity to view the most prominent entries of the organisation’s this year’s competition, the topic of which was ‘Pomegranate’.
