We are very garteful for your patience and your support related to the events postponed or renounced due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Hereby we inform you about about the ticket refund otions:
- Tickets purchased personally in the Hungarian Heritage House's ticket office can be required on a dedicated website in order to reduce the personal contact. We are constantly working on the developement of the surface, until then, we respectfully ask your kind understanding. Further notice comes as soon as possible.
- In case of the tickets puschased online the Hungarian Heritage Houses's ticket management system will automatically refund the full amount of the ticket prices straight to the bank account of which the ticket purchase has been proceeded. These refunds will take place in 30 days following the date of the performance in question.

We hereby inform our audience that the events, stage performances, educational occasions, exhibitions are renounced starting from 12 March 2020 until further notice.
We are constantly working on developing the proper methodology of ticket refund.
We hope we can meet you on our events as soon as possible.
